Health Plan – The organization that provides and manages your medical insurance. This may also be called insurer or payer.1
Hematologic Abnormality in Cancer – An abnormality in the blood of a cancer patient. This can include manifestations such as anemia, leukopenia, or thrombocytopenia and is typically observed in advanced cancers.24
